Your Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat

What Youll Bring

• Fluent Italian (C2) and good command of English (B2)

• Valid EU passport or residence visa in Portugal

• High school diploma (A-level or equivalent)

• A proactive, customer-focused mindset
