What Youll Do

• Deliver exceptional support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat

• Troubleshoot, guide, and resolve customer issues professionally and empathetically

• Handle queries related to travel, tech, or other global services

• Collaborate with an international teamall while working from the comfort of your home

What Youll Need

• Fluent Italian (C2 level) both written and spoken

• English at B2 level for internal communication

• EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese visa/residence permit

• High school diploma (or equivalent qualification)

• Great communication skills and a customer-first attitude

• Willingness to work flexible hours and rotating shifts
