• Base Salary: €1,100 gross/month.
• Productivity Bonus: Up to 15% extra per month based on performance.
• Work-Life Balance: Fixed Monday to Friday schedule (08:00 – 21:00 rotative shifts) — Weekends Off!

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality support to Italian-speaking customers via calls, emails, and back-office channels.
• Assist clients with parcel tracking, delivery scheduling, claims, billing, and technical queries.
• Deliver empathetic and efficient solutions adhering to quality standards.
• Escalate complex cases to supervisors when necessary.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (Native or C1 level).
• Good English skills (Minimum B2 level).
• Readiness to relocate to Greece.
• Strong communication and basic computer skills (typing speed min. 25 WPM).
• Valid EU Passport or legal right to work in the EU/Greece.
