In this pivotal role, you will work directly with Italian-speaking clients to facilitate seamless B2B integrations and enhance their operational efficiency. Your expertise will play a key role in helping businesses leverage technology for improved collaboration and performance.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking clients regarding B2B integrations and technology solutions.
• Analyze client requirements to design and implement effective integration strategies that meet their business needs.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure successful integration of software applications between B2B partners.
• Provide training and support to clients during and after the integration process, ensuring they maximize the use of the implemented solutions.
• Monitor integration performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise post-implementation.
• Maintain detailed documentation of integration processes, project progress, and client interactions.
• Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve service offerings.

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in B2B integrations or related IT consultancy roles is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of integration tools, methodologies, and APIs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring strong relationships with clients.
• Knowledge of software solutions and technologies relevant to B2B environments.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote setting, demonstrating self-motivation and strong organizational skills.
