Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Effectively manage customer inquiries and resolve issues to enhance overall satisfaction.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information.
• Log customer interactions and track resolutions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and share valuable customer insights.
• Engage in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge base.
• Foster a positive team culture and contribute to achieving team goals.

• Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong customer service orientation with an ability to empathize with clients.
• Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
• Able to think critically and solve problems effectively.
• Team-oriented approach with a positive and proactive mindset.
• Excited about the idea of relocating to Greece and immersing in a new culture.
• Technical proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
