Italian Speaking Content Moderator in Lisbon!

Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Content Moderator, you will be on the front lines of digital safety. Your main responsibility is to review user-generated content in Italian, including videos, comments, and user profiles, to ensure they comply with our strict community guidelines. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role where your sharp judgment is crucial.

Your daily tasks will include:

• Content Review: Proactively reviewing a high volume of content to identify and flag any violations of our policies.
• Policy Enforcement: Taking swift and appropriate action on content that includes hate speech, misinformation, graphic violence, or other inappropriate material.
• Collaboration: Working closely with your international team to handle complex content issues and contribute to a supportive work environment.
• Staying Informed: Keeping up-to-date with evolving community standards and policies to ensure your moderation approach is always relevant.

What We're Looking For

We're searching for someone who is not only a talented communicator but also resilient and professional.

• Italian Fluency: You must have C2-level (native or near-native) proficiency in Italian, both written and spoken.
• English Proficiency: A B2 level of English is required to communicate effectively with your international team and participate in training sessions.
