Descrizione Lavoro - Italian Speaking Customer Advisor in Lisbon!

We are looking for passionate and driven Italian-speaking Customer Support Advisors to join our vibrant on-site team in Lisbon. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to an important customer care project for a leading name in the home appliances sector. Your Role: Delivering Exceptional Support

As an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering professional support mainly via phone, email, and live chat. You will ensure that each interaction is handled professionally, resolving inquiries effectively and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing Excellent Customer Service: Communicate with Italian-speaking customers, respond to inquiries with clarity and precision, and deliver solutions that meet their needs.

  • Mastering the Product: Gain deep knowledge of the project’s products, procedures, and policies so you can confidently assist customers.

  • Troubleshooting Issues: Accurately diagnose problems and guide customers through solutions; escalate when necessary to ensure swift resolutions.

  • Detailed Documentation: Keep thorough records of all interactions in the CRM system to guarantee consistency and quality of service.

  • Identifying Service Improvements: Notice recurring questions or issues and communicate these insights to improve processes.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and other teams to guarantee seamless customer service.

  • Maintaining High Standards: Strive to meet performance targets and deliver an exceptional support experience for every customer.

  • Continued Learning: Stay updated on product changes, company policies, and best practices to ensure top-level support.

Candidate Requirements

Must-Have:

  • Excellent command of Italian (native or near-native level)

  • Proficiency in English at B2 level or above

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work on-site in Lisbon

  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment

Preferred but Not Required:

  • Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or related roles

  • Knowledge of home appliances

  • International work or relocation experience
