As an Italian-speaking Customer Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, delivering high-quality support via phone, email, and chat. You will work to ensure each customer interaction is handled efficiently and leaves a positive impression.
Providing Outstanding Support: Communicate with customers in Italian, respond to inquiries, and deliver clear, accurate solutions tailored to their needs.
Becoming a Product Specialist: Learn about products, procedures, and company policies to provide precise and up-to-date assistance.
Problem Resolution: Diagnose issues effectively and guide customers through resolution steps, escalating more complex problems when needed.
Accurate Record-Keeping: Document all interactions thoroughly in the CRM to ensure smooth follow-up and service continuity.
Recognizing Trends: Identify recurring customer questions or issues to help improve processes and service quality.
Team Collaboration: Work in synergy with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth handling of customer queries.
Maintaining Standards: Strive to meet service level expectations and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
Continuous Improvement: Keep learning about new products, updates, and best practices to enhance your support skills.
Fluent Italian (native or near-native level)
Proficient English (B2 level or above)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-oriented mindset with empathy and patience
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work on-site in Lisbon
