We’re inviting skilled and motivated Italian-speaking Customer Advisors to join our dynamic on-site team in Lisbon. This role offers a unique chance to work on an engaging home appliances support project. Your Role: Delivering Exceptional Customer Care

As an Italian-speaking Customer Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, delivering high-quality support via phone, email, and chat. You will work to ensure each customer interaction is handled efficiently and leaves a positive impression.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing Outstanding Support: Communicate with customers in Italian, respond to inquiries, and deliver clear, accurate solutions tailored to their needs.

  • Becoming a Product Specialist: Learn about products, procedures, and company policies to provide precise and up-to-date assistance.

  • Problem Resolution: Diagnose issues effectively and guide customers through resolution steps, escalating more complex problems when needed.

  • Accurate Record-Keeping: Document all interactions thoroughly in the CRM to ensure smooth follow-up and service continuity.

  • Recognizing Trends: Identify recurring customer questions or issues to help improve processes and service quality.

  • Team Collaboration: Work in synergy with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth handling of customer queries.

  • Maintaining Standards: Strive to meet service level expectations and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.

  • Continuous Improvement: Keep learning about new products, updates, and best practices to enhance your support skills.

Candidate Profile

Essential Requirements:

  • Fluent Italian (native or near-native level)

  • Proficient English (B2 level or above)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Customer-oriented mindset with empathy and patience

  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work on-site in Lisbon

  • Flexibility to work in a multicultural, fast-paced environment

Valuable but Not Required:

  • Prior customer service experience

  • Background in technical or home appliances support

  • Experience working or living abroad
