Responsibilities

• Document all customer interactions in the company’s CRM system to keep precise records.
• Work collaboratively within a team to enhance customer service quality and share knowledge.

• Offer feedback and suggestions to improve processes and overall customer experience.

• Fluent in Italian, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is essential.

• Previous experience in customer service is preferred, ideally in an international or tech-related context.
