Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional frontline support to Italian-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and account issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints efficiently to boost customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system for effective follow-up and reporting.
• Work closely with team members to maintain high service standards and enhance customer experiences.
• Identify opportunities for service improvements and contribute to best practices development.
• Stay informed about company products and services to provide accurate information to clients.

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service or a support role is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer-centric service.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
