• Engage with the gaming community by creating and sharing informative content or updates.
• Document player feedback and communicate relevant insights to the development team for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on the latest gaming trends and titles to effectively assist users.
• Collaborate with other support agents to share best practices and enhance service quality.

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• A strong passion for gaming and knowledge of popular games and platforms.
• Experience in customer support or community management is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to empathize with gamers.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to support.
• Comfortable using various communication tools and platforms.
• Ability to work in a team and contribute positively to the gaming community.
