About the Opportunity:

If you enjoy making a difference in customer experience and would like to work in an international environment then this might be for you ! We are currently looking for Customer Operations Specialists in Lisbon to support many big projects! Fluency in Italian is required 

Your role:

• You will provide customer support over the phone, email and chat
• You will be the main point of contact for clients ensuring excellent and smooth customer experience and journey
• You will sssist customers with questions, queries and information they might require
  
• You will support customers with issues, problems or claims and escalate as appropriate

Your Profile:

• You are very proficient in Italian (C2/C1 level) and have good command of English (B2)
• You are a problem solver 
• You will be availablle to work on rotating shifts
• You hold a valid right to work in the EU (EU citizen, EU passport ect..)
