• Address and resolve customer concerns and inquiries efficiently, striving for high satisfaction levels.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and preferences in our CRM system for smooth follow-up.
• Stay updated on the latest travel trends and notable destinations to provide relevant and exciting recommendations.

• Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is highly advantageous.
• Previous experience in travel consulting, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
• A genuine passion for travel and good knowledge of various destinations and cultures.
