Italian-Speaking Contact Centre Agents Relocation to Malta

We are hiring for a Contact Centre Agents role Key responsibilities: - Support customers via phone, email, and chat, providing clear and accurate information. - Follow structured processes, document cases, and meet quality standards. - Work closely with the team to resolve issues efficiently and professionally. What we are looking for: - Italian proficiency to support native-level customers. - A service-oriented mindset, reliability, and comfort working with targets and procedures. - Notes: Only Local Candidates Interview will be performed face-to-face Working details: - Work model: On-Site - Schedule: Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 and 19:00, on an 8-hour shift basis Compensation: - Salary – Call Centre (CCA) Rates Month 1: €5.60 per hour Month 2: €8.10 per hour After Probation: €8.50 per hour After 12 Months: €8.75 per hour (performance-based) After 18 Months: €9.20 per hour (performance-based) Additional Benefits Performance Bonus: €2,000 per year (pro-rated monthly) - eligible after 6months probation period Commission: Sales-based - eligible 2 months from Going Live date (after they finish training and start working) Language Allowance: €85 per month Benefits and eligibility: - Relocation: Relocation support available of 2.000 € after 1 month of employment Please check on the excel if they are offering relocation because for several projects they are looking only for local candidates - Eligibility / documents: European passport or work permit for Malta About the role: JD If you are early in your career or looking for a stable next step, you will receive onboarding and coaching to help you succeed.
