Kyberg Pharma Vertriebs-GmbH is a medium-sized, family-run company that has been very well established in the pharmaceutical trade and pharmaceutical distribution sector for over 50 years. As a service provider in the pharmaceutical market, we distribute our own products and products on behalf of third parties. Our clients include manufacturers of over-the-counter medicines, dietary supplements, medical products and cosmetics. Our customer base includes all pharmaceutical wholesalers as well as pharmacies, hospitals, health food stores and drugstores.

Your tasks

• Supporting and advising our employees on site, by e-mail or telephone in all matters relating to our IT environment
• Design, setup, configuration, maintenance, expansion, migration and technical relocation of IT/telecommunications infrastructures and systems
• Support and maintenance of Windows server operating systems and application software
• Collaboration in and management of IT projects
• Continuous exchange with the IT specialists in the group of companies
• Creating the necessary documentation

Your profile

• Successfully completed training in the IT sector (e.g. IT system electronics technician, IT specialist for system integration) or comparable qualification and experience
• Very good knowledge of Windows server operating systems (2008/2012/2016/2022), virtualization (VMware / Hyper-V) and network technology (IPv4, firewalls, DHCP, DNS, VLAN etc.)
• Advanced knowledge of internet domains, DNS administration and email workflows including anti-spam
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SQL and Windows client operating systems
• Solid knowledge of Android/iOS/telephone systems
• High level of service and service awareness
• Independent and solution-oriented way of working
