Jr. Graphic Designer

Vida Shoes International is seeking a passionate, creative and motivated Jr. Graphic Designer to help strengthen the overall brand presence of our Vida Kids brands (Stride Rite, Saucony, Merrell, Kurt Geiger, Andre Assous, Bruno Magli, Munro, Jambu, BCBG GIRLS, XOXO, Carter’s, and OshKosh B’gosh). You will work alongside a cross-discipline marketing team with expertise ranging from creative, digital, strategy, and execution. This role supports marketing with everything from design concept to implementation for specific brands and works closely with the e-commerce team to bring a collaborative vision to life in the marketplace.  Daily responsibilities will include executing on creative briefs for visual assets for seasonal-based campaigns, selling tools, competitive research and production of approved design work. 

Compensation: €15,460 EUR

Designer will report to senior graphic designer. 

·       The designer will work on a variety of assets including (but not limited to) Digital homepage & email assets, seasonal catalogs, social content, in-store fixture displays and graphics, PowerPoint presentations, showroom design, packaging, and advertisements: 

·       Execute marketing and promotional creative across multiple footwear and lifestyle brands.

·       Update and manage email campaigns using established templates and design systems.

·       Design & create sale assets, website banners, landing page graphics, and digital marketing materials.

·       Adapt campaign creative across email, digital, social, and wholesale channels.

·       Design and update wholesale presentations, line sheets, catalogs, and retailer-facing materials.

·       Support seasonal product launches and promotional campaigns with timely creative execution.

·       Collaborate closely with the Senior Designer to bring creative direction and brand strategy to life.

·       Partner cross-functionally with Digital and Wholesale teams to support business initiatives and sales objectives.

·       Maintain brand consistency across all creative deliverables and customer touchpoints.

·       Prepare production-ready files for both digital and print applications.

·       Organize and maintain creative assets, templates, and file management systems.

·       Assist with image editing, retouching, asset resizing, and other production design needs.

·       Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

·       Ensure all creative assets are accurate, on-brand, and aligned with business goals.

Requirements: 

·       Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design

·       Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in graphic or brand design.

·       Strong attention to detail and ability to work within established brand guidelines.

·       Ability to take creative feedback and execute revisions efficiently.

·       Comfortable working on a high volume of projects across multiple brands.

·       Fluent in writing and speaking English.

·       Strong portfolio that showcases both print and digital skillset.

Skills: 

·       FIGMA a must. 

·       AI platforms is a plus. 

·       High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.

·       Microsoft PowerPoint experience.

·       Animation skills are a plus.

·       Strong understanding of design principles for type, shape, color and photography with attention to detail.
