As Junior Business Controller you will  

• Support the budget, forecast and monthly/quarterly reporting process through collecting and consolidating the necessary data from various departments 

• Assist with financial variance analysis vs budget, forecast or last year figures 

• Optimize and implement a business controlling process in existing or new territories 

• Deep-dive into our sales and marketing data and create/improve operational dashboards
  used by WEP senior management and the sales team as support in their decisions-making process 

• Build a relevant reporting routine on the sales activity using ZOHO Analytics (Zoho is our CRM tool) 

• Use your analytical skills to complete and correct the data needed for reporting 

• Support the Finance agenda through future changes and challenges 

Skills : 

• Analytical thinking, solution oriented, and eager to learn 

• Capacity to structure information in a moving environment 

• You have a curious and proactive attitude 

• You speak English (other European languages like Italian, Spanish, Polish, Danish, German constitute a plus)  

• You have a good knowledge of MS Office tools (especially excel)  

• The motivation to learn and contribute will weigh more than former experience
