We are looking for Consultants who will support project manager and will join work teams specializing in risk management, operating on consulting projects for Italian and international financial intermediaries.

MAIN TASKS:

· Support in the identification of the most appropriate KPIs for measuring and monitoring institution's profitability and risk exposure / position

· Analyze the Intermediary’s risk position with techniques of Asset & Liability Management to support strategic and operational decision-making and the optimization of the risk profile (Interest Rate & Liquidity Risk)

· Support the Intermediary in Processes based on balance sheet & risk forecasting methodology, both Regulatory (ICAAP, Recovery Plan and Stress Test Analysis) and managerial (Strategic Planning, Budget, Capital Allocation)

· Policies & procedures

TRAINING

· Master's degree in economics/finance, statistics or engineering

· Preferred knowledge of econometrics

· Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python) is a plus

· Fluency in English (B2 or higher is preferred)

· The knowledge of a second foreign language is a plus.
