We are looking for an Apprentice as Junior Customer Solution Architect, to join Factory Automation Team in Milan offices.

During the apprenticeship you will be trained in 2 years with a focus mainly on artificial intelligence, industrial automation, and digital technologies and you will receive a comprehensive and state-of-the-art training to develop your personal and professional skills and you will have the support of a mentor to achieve your career steps.

Your Challenge

As Junior Customer Solution Architect with an apprenticeship contract some of your main activities will be:

• Support the sales team in defining technical solutions based on AI, automation, and digital twin technologies.
• Collaborate with the assigned tutor in gathering technical requirements and preparing presentations and demos for clients.
• Contribute to the design of scalable and innovative technology architectures.
• Participate in workshops with clients and partners to understand their needs and propose effective solutions.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and market trends.

What you need to bring with you

·        You have less than 29 years of age, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering or Computer Engineering
• Interest in artificial intelligence, industrial automation, and digital technologies
• Good communication skills and a strong team-oriented mindset
• Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, C++) and modeling tools

• Proficiency in English and Italian
• Team player ability, strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a changing environment
• Passion to never-stop growing
• Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge
• Eligibility to work in Italy
