Junior HR Business Partner

Cosa farai The HR Business Partner is a strategic partner to the business focusing on delivering a People Plan for nominated business areas to drive improved business performance. As an HRBP, you will ensure alignment and successful collaboration both with sub-domains key stakeholders and critical internal stakeholders groups (local and global HR teams in centers of expertise, enabling functions & business) in the matrix organization. It's going to act as HRBP for Vodafone Servizi and Tecnologie, a Vodafone Group owned company with ~900 employees in Italy performing activities in Network and Digital & IT areas.
