We are recruiting a professional to join our M&A Tax Team in Bologna, who will be involved in: 

• Tax due diligence reviews of extraordinary transactions (mergers, demergers, acquisitions, contributions, etc.);


• Corporate restructuring;


• Analyses of the treatment of extraordinary transactions according to national accounting standards (OIC) and international ones (IAS/IFRS);


• National and international tax opinions;


• Applications for tax rulings;


• Preparation of corporate income tax returns (Modello Unico and Modello IRAP).

Requirements

To be our ideal candidate, you must:

• Up to 2 years of professional experience at International Law Firms (Big Four or Advisory Firms);


• Master’s Degree in Economics or Law, with a final grade of more than 100/110;


• Excellent knowledge of the English language;


• Excellent knowledge of the Office suite.


• Excellent interpersonal and team-working skills;


• Good organizational skills, initiative, and problem-solving ability;


• Flexibility and dynamism.

Desired Characteristics

• Master's degree in Tax Law.
