We are looking for an Apprentice within the Digital Industries area who will be trained in 2 years in Milan as Junior Sales Specialist, with a focus on boosting Innovation and Digitalization in the Italian Industrial Market. Your Challenge

As a Junior Sales Specialist some of your main activities will be:

• Support the sales team and customers in identifying the best technological solutions
• Explore the market and the competitors’ offer
• Scout new business opportunities and build strong customer relationships
• Promote digitalization and innovation across the industrial landscape
• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and how Siemens technologies can help them stay competitive

What you need to bring with you

• Have less than 29 years of age, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract
• Recent graduated or is about to graduate in Master Degree in Engineering and passionate about technological innovation
• You are fluent in Italian and English
• Team player with strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Adaptable, curious and eager to keep learning
• Continuous self-improvement enthusiast
• Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge
• Eligibility to work in Italy
