How you will contribute

• Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
• Identification of main KPIs for performance marketing activities and goal setting for various campaigns
• Plan, execute and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, and others
• Manage budgets and allocate resources to effectively maximize ROIs
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance and generate detailed performance reports in order to provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness
• Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize ad creatives, landing pages and user journeys
• Work closely with business, marketing and product teams to ensure alignment with other company functions as well as collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed
• Stay up-do-date with latest trends, tools and best practices in digital marketing

Who you are

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in similar role
• Proven track record of managing and optimizing PPC, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and others.
• Preferably experience in fashion/eyewear/sport
• An English and Italian fluent speaker, additional language is a plus
• Advanced expertise in Excel and Power Point
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Extremely organized and details oriented with strong focus on results and respect of deadlines
• A strong team player, able to coordinate different stakeholder and build strong relationship
• Proactivity and problem solving skills
