PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Maintain strong relationship with existing clients, support and areas for service expansion- Support sales operations with documentation, CRM updates, reporting: Manage documentation, update CRM systems, and support reporting activities.- Produce customer reporting, dashboards, performance insights: Prepare insights, analytics, and data‑driven reports to track performance and support decision‑making:
Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Marketing, Planning and Customer Service: Work closely with Finance, Operations, Marketing, Planning, and Customer Service to ensure cohesive service delivery.
Conduct business reviews and performance follow-up: Regularly assess account performance and present status update
Act as the primary commercial contact for assigned customers.
The mission of the role is to nurture long‑term relationships with an assigned customer portfolio, ensuring ongoing business development by delivering service excellence, structured commercial support, and performance management, while collaborating cross‑functionally to strengthen customer satisfaction and drive growth
The primary purpose of the Key Account Manager & Sales Operations role is to manage and nurture long‑term relationships with a defined customer portfolio, ensuring continuous business growth through service excellence, structured commercial support, and effective collaboration across internal functions
REQUIREMENTS
The candidate must have prior experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales Operations, demonstrating the ability to manage and grow customer relationships
Preferred prior experience in Data Center, Telecommunication, infrastructure industries
The candidate should communicate clearly with customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring consistent follow‑up and proactive problem solving.
Must have strong analytical capabilities
Must manage reporting, dashboards, and customer performance tracking
The role requires ability to produce reports, dashboards, and business presentations
English C1, Italian Native
The candidate needs the ability to work effectively with Finance, Operations, Customer Service, Planning, and Marketing to deliver end‑to‑end service excellence
The candidate must be comfortable working with data, producing insights, and maintaining CRM accuracy.
The role requires excellent interpersonal abilities to build trust, maintain long-term relationships, and act as the main commercial contact for assigned clients
