Kids Club Attendant, Season 2026 - Splendido a Belmond Hotel Portofino

We are looking for a Kids Club Attendant for the next season (spring/summer 2026) to join our Splendido Team.  

The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges.  He/She is willing to provide authentic and luxury experiences, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity and community. 

He/She will Report to the Rooms Division Manager. 

Main Duties & Responsabilities.

• Plan, organize a diverse range of engaging activities for children, including arts and crafts, games, storytelling, and outdoor play.
• Supervise children closely, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times, adhering to all hotel policies and safety regulations.
• Create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere where every child feels valued and comfortable.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with parents, providing updates on their children's activities and addressing any concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting Kids Club facility, ensuring all equipment and materials are in good condition.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance the overall guest experience.

• Previous experience working with children in a professional setting (Kids Club, school, camp).
• A genuine love for working with children and an understanding of child development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Creativity and enthusiasm for designing and leading engaging activities.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• A responsible and vigilant approach to child safety.
• Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Italian and/or other languages is considerated a plus.

• We offer seasonal Labour contract according to C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo - Level 5, Kids Club Attendant. 

• Start date: April 2026 to End date: November 2026, with the aim of a continuous collaboration over subsequent seasons at Splendido and a career path. 

• Monthly gross salary, separate payslip for 13°,14° and TFR.
