Daily Tasks

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, providing tailored solutions to meet client needs.
• Upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing and prospective customers.
• Serve as an Account Manager for key clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with the customer support team to address client inquiries efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales metrics, and account updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve client experiences and contribute to revenue growth.

Requirements

• Language Skills: LATAM Spanish (minimum C1) + English (B2 or higher).
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales, with cold calling and upselling expertise.
• Interest in Tech: Passion for the tech industry and its advancements.
• Work Authorization: Valid work permit for Greece or EU citizenship.
• Availability: Ready to start or relocate to Athens as soon as possible.
