We are looking for a Laundry manager to join our housekeeping team.

The ideal candidate is willing to provide authentic, luxury experiences in world-renowned destinations to our guests, demonstrating care, confidence and curiosity.

He/she is passionate about service and willing to grow professionally.  

Main duties and responsibilities: 

• Oversee the daily operation of the laundry to ensure efficiency and quality of service
• Collect uniforms and provide clean uniforms to facility staff as per department instructions
• Check and keep uniforms in order
• Fulfill guest requests for express washes, ironing and simple tailoring repairs
• Ensure that all guest garments that are washed by the external laundry are correctly recorded in the appropriate forms
• Verify that guest garments returning from the external laundry are in excellent condition and packaged according to Belmond guidelines.
• Check and maintain par stocks of linen.
• Sort and count linen being sent to the external laundry
• Check the return of linen from the external company and verify related delivery documents
• Perform and keep inventories of uniforms and linen up to date

• Previous experience in a hotel or laundry role, of at least 2 years.
• Excellent communication skills in Italian and English.
• Computer skills.
• Ability to work in a team.

Belmond and you:

• Seasonal labor contract according to C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo - Level 3
• Start date: August 2025. End date: November 2025, with the aim of continuous collaboration over subsequent seasons at Splendido and a career path.
• Salary as per CCNL plus an increase based on seniority and skill level, separate payslip for 13th, 14th, and TFR.
• Accommodation in our staff house, including breakfast and access to the staff canteen.
