Lead Expert - Data & AI Engineer

• Expert knowledge of dbt, SQL, Python, PySpark, Git, Azure DevOps, and Databricks, applied in building robust data solutions


• Strong experience in cloud engineering (AWS/Azure), with a focus on CI/CD pipeline development and deployment; infrastructure-as-code experience is a plus


• Proven ability to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines, with 6+ years of hands-on experience


• Best practices in coding, testing, and documentation, ensuring reliable, high-quality data solutions with automated monitoring and quality checks


• Ability to collaborate closely with data experts and SMEs to enable seamless data integration and transformation, with knowledge of data governance and FAIR principles (scientific data experience is a plus)


• Strong focus on automation and deployment optimization, combined with leadership in stakeholder engagement, project oversight, and continuous improvement
