Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati, a leading professional firm in the field of tax and legal consultancy, is seeking for its Bologna office a Lawyer with at least two years' experience who has acquired knowledge in particular in the application of legislation on the administrative liability of entities (Legislative Decree 231/2001). 

The selected candidate, included in the work team, will delve into the following areas:

• Compliance pareristics activities


• Preparation and implementation of Models under Legislative Decree 231/2001 or so-called privacy models


• Legal assistance in the area of whistleblower management


• Training activities. 

Requirements:

• Law degree, brilliantly obtained


• Excellent fluency in the English language


• Motivation for professional activity


• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
