Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati, a leading professional firm in the field of tax and legal consultancy, is looking for a newly qualified Lawyer for the Corporate M&A department for the Turin office.

The selected person, included in the work team, will be able to deepen the following areas:

• Corporate Law


• Commercial law


• Commercial contracts


• Extraordinary transactions and M&A


• Corporate.

Requirements: 

• Degree in Law, brilliantly obtained


• At least 1-2 years of experience on the above subjects


• Excellent command of the English language


• Motivation for professional activity


• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.

It will be a preferential requirement to have already gained experience in a similar field in structured firms.

The growth path includes, together with on-the-job training, specific programs and continuous professional training.
