Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati, a leading professional firm in tax and legal consultancy, is seeking a young Lawyer or Trainee for its Milano office to join a team working in the following areas:

• Corporate Law


• Corporate Litigation


• Commercial Law


• Corporate M&A. 

Requirements:

• Law degree, excellently completed


• Excellent command of the English language


• Motivation for professional practice


• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team. 

Recent admission to the bar is a preferred qualification.
