Lifeguard, season 2026 - Hotel Splendido, a Belmond Hotel Portofino

We are looking for a Lifeguard for the next season to join our team. 
The ideal candidate is willing to provide authentic, luxury experiences in world-renowned destinations to our guests, demonstrating care, confidence and curiosity. He/she is passionate about service and willing to grow professionally. 

Main Duties & Responsabilities: 

• Constant surveillance of the swimming pool and surrounding areas.
• Timely intervention in case of emergency.
• Maintenance of order and cleanliness of the pool area.
• Verification of compliance with safety regulations.
• Assistance and support to guests.

• Valid Lifeguard certification.
• Excellent knowledge of rescue techniques and first aid.
• Previous experience in the role (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of the English language (basic/intermediate).

• We offer seasonal Labour contract according to C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo - Level 4,  Lifeguard; 

• Start date: May 2026 to End date: October 2026, with the aim of a continuous collaboration over subsequent seasons at Splendido and a career path; 

• Monthly gross salary + separate payslip for 13°,14° and TFR; 

• Welfare incentive based on quality goals;   
• Bus ticket as benefit for the contract period;
