What You’ll Do

Registers of transactions into legacy system

Receive instructions and monitor Credit approval from CRM

Register transactions into legacy systems according to the deal ticket booked by business

Client servicing (send advice to clients reporting FX closing, interests, due amount, expiry date, etc.)

Execute end of day activities: reconcile internal account and send email to business team informing transactions disbursed during the day

Act on breaks/discrepancies raised by Reconciliation in regards to daily Nostro, Depot, Accounting reconciliation reports with Finance support

Skills You’ll Need

Relevant Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university

Proven experience leading lending operational teams

Excellent English language proficiency (written/verbal)

Advanced knowledge with Microsoft Excel

Skills That Will Help You Excel

Excellent communication and analytical skills, flexible regarding production problem solving

Open minded, able to share information, knowledge and expertise with peers & team members

Able to work in virtual global teams and a matrix organization
