Logistics & Front Office Specialist

Location: Fidenza (PR) - Italy We are looking for a highly organized and proactive logistics and front office to join our team. This role is crucial in managing transports of raw materials and finished products, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality of shipping coordination while optimizing costs and timelines. Manage goods receipit and transport documentation. Coordinate transports in site, ensuring respect of safety rules. Use of digital tools, PC, SAP. Front desk, phone calls, external personnel registration. You bring Italian fluent/mother tongue and intermediate level of proficiency in English. Strong communication and digital skills are essential for teamwork and effective coordination with transport companies, suppliers, and customers. 1-2 year experience in a similar role, in companies or consultancy firms is preferable.
