Grand Hotel Timeo, a Belmond Hotel, is a storied Sicilian hideaway in the heart of Taormina. Adjacent to the ancient Greek Theatre, its views span majestic Mount Etna and Naxos Bay. We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager, reporting to our Chief Engineering Area Sicily.

• Liaising with project stakeholders concerning Grand Hotel Timeo renovation project details and deliverables
• Assisting in the planning and implementation of projects
• Helping to coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables
• Analyzing data as required
• Conducting administrative duties, through Workday software
• Tracking and reporting project progress

Requirements

• Fluent in Italian and English. Knowledge of a third European language will represent a plus
• Excellent communication skills in all aspects: verbal, written and non-verbal
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
• Proficiency in using Workday will be considered a plus
• Dynamic, curious and that exhibits a passion for excellence
• Superb organisational and interpersonal skills
• At least 1 year experience in project management
• Seasonal contract according to Italian law "C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo - Federalberghi."
