Manager, Account Services

• Manages campaign timeline, budget allocation and client expectations with direction from Client Service leadership. 
• Works in partnership with operations teams to draft and manage the logistical coordination of all campaign elements including the following: merchandise, supplies, vehicles, schedules, venues, and hiring and training of field personnel. 
• Manages day-to-day communication with the client. 
• Identifies potential threats and proactively outlines necessary solutions. 
• Creates, manages and keeps parties accountable and informed regarding timelines and deliverables. 
• Overall accountability for program’s to-dos and success. 

• Develops project budgets in conjunction with the various other departments of RedPeg. 
• Manages the profitability of specified budget parameters and actively participates in monthly budget-to-actual meetings. 
• Identifies strategies to maximize cost efficiency for every aspect of the campaign. 

• Helps manage onboarding and training of field staff. 
• Provides consistent coordination, leadership, and communication to the field staff and internal personnel to ensure maximum performance. 
• Reviews expense reports, schedules, and the individual performance of field staff. 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or other related field. 
• 3+ years of relevant marketing, agency, event, promotions, communications or sponsorship experience. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to handle communication with clients in senior-level positions. 
• General computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite. 
• Superior attention to detail, organization and time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at one time. 
• Ability to travel to be on-site at client activations as needed. 
• Hunger to learn and roll up your sleeves. 
• Willingness to contribute ideas, suggestions and opportunities for the agency’s continued innovation and evolution.
