**YOUR MISSIO**

Responsible for leading successful operations for the network of subcontracted service centres- including plants, on site solutions, and outstores / hubs in Italy. Effectively delivering customer perceived value, through a cost efficient and sustainable supply chain. Direct team management of sub-regional operations supervisory leaders.

** YOUR OBJECTIVES **

Lead, manage and coordinate the network of subcontracted service centres, on site solutions and outstores / hubs in Italy:

Projects and Continuous improvements

• Manage start up and ramp up of new plants, on site solutions and outstores.

• Contributes to the definition and implementation of projects such as informational technology and engineering, as well as continuous improvement (lean) to support improvement programs in capacity, productivity & cost, quality, and service.

• Lead, Contributes or support Regional or European SC projects.

Develops and maintains strong relationships with:

• Subcontractors’ partners

• Internal supply chain departments, with daily connections with Quality, Planning and Logistics Execution / Carrier Mgt in order to adapt the service centre network to changing needs and achieve customer satisfaction.

• Commercial business units

• Other departments

Negotiation, Budget monitoring and Cost optimization

• Negotiate tariff with subcontractor with support from Senior Manager and Cost optimization.

• Cost control and Budget monitoring in connection with Cost optimization

• Analysis and Recommendations for cost optimization in terms of cost drivers and entitlement standards

• Manage Stock variances through stock counts and analysis.

Management and Team Development

• Defines, in conjunction with the Senior Manager, Annual Objectives for his team and individuals, and monitors their achievement.

• Defines a Talent and Development plan, including pipeline and succession planning

• Conducts HR interviews and accompanies his team

** WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**

  • Business/management, logistics, or technical engineering degree
  • Continuous improvement / Lean
  • 5-8 years management in Subcontractor management / Site management
  • Lead & achieve results in pan-European, multi-site
  • Negotiations with service provider
  • Strong experience in Lean
  • Fluent/native Italian and English
