Manufacturing Engineer

Your role

To succeed, you will need

• A degree in Engineering and/or 1–3 years of experience in Lean-oriented manufacturing environments


• Hands-on experience applying Lean principles and strong attention to safety, quality, ergonomics, and efficiency.


• A proactive, collaborative, and problem-solving mindset.


• Ability to work in a challengin enviroment and engage directly with the shop floor when needed


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and good command of English.


• Integrity, reliability, and a drive for continuous improvement and sustainability.

Job location

At our company we have more than 25 years of experience in developing condensate management solutions and since three years we are part of the Atlas Copco Group.

We are based in Italy, in the vicinity of Cuneo, in the region of Langhe and close to the magnificent Alps.
