WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT:
The Technical Part:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering & two (2) years of relevant experience within the Medical Devices or Pharmaceutical industry.
Bilingual (Spanish & English).
Shift: 1st and according to business needs.
Experience in:
- Equipment installation, set up, and installation qualification.
- Technical writing of reports and procedures.
- Manufacturing process validation.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

Designs manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts for assemblies, equipment installation, processing, machining, and materials.
Designs the arrangement of machines within plant facilities to ensure the most efficient and productive layout.
Designs the sequence of operations and specifies procedures for fabricating tools and equipment, and other functions that affect product performance.
Adapts machine or equipment design to factory and production conditions.
May incorporate inspection and test requirements into the production plan.
Inspects performance of machinery, equipment, and tools to verify their efficiency, and investigates and initiates corrective actions.
Develops manufacturing processes that apply to statistical process control, and may develop those techniques.
Provides guidance to engineering regarding design concepts and specification requirements to best utilize equipment and manufacturing techniques.
Ensures processes and procedures comply with regulations.
