Manufacturing Supervisor

Responsibilities:

Set up, program, and modify machines for optimal efficiency. 

Requisition necessary tooling and raw materials to meet production goals.

Inspect produced items to ensure they meet specifications.

Develop and manage production schedules, estimating worker hours needed.

Enforce company policies and safety regulations among workers.

Interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders; assign duties to workers.

Recommend improvements in production methods, equipment performance, and product quality.

Maintain accurate time and production records, coordinating with other supervisors and departments.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant degree or certification preferred.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or production.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and lean manufacturing.
• Proven experience with KPIs and metrics.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office preferred.
