The Marketing team defines the company's marketing strategy, leading customer insight, pricing, corporate branding, and PR activities. We coordinate with the go-to-market and product marketing activities carried out by the Business Units, ensuring the alignment and effectiveness of initiatives. We govern the Group's digital platforms, managing lead generation, commercial campaigns, and communication initiatives throughout the various channels. In particular, you will be responsible for:

Unisciti al nostro team, qui potrai affinare le tue competenze, partecipando a progetti stimolanti, with the aim of guiding the marketing strategy for the Professionals market (Accountants, Lawyers, Labor Consultants), actively contributing to the growth and positioning of the offering in the Italian market.

In particular, you will be responsible for:

  • Support the team in marketing activities in support of the Business Unit.
  • Support and collaborate in the implementation of go-to-market activities and marketing initiatives defined for the Business Unit.
  • Contribute to the collection and analysis of market, competitor, and target information, supporting the preparation of presentations, materials, and basic analyses.
  • Support the Sales team in the preparation and updating of commercial materials, presentations, and sales enablement tools.
  • Collaborate with the Product, Pricing, Brand, and Marketing Operations teams in the execution of campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives.
  • Support the coordination of marketing campaigns, handling operational activities, monitoring progress, and ensuring alignment with various stakeholders.
  • Contribute to monitoring the performance of marketing initiatives by collecting data and updating reports and dashboards on key KPIs.
  • Support the management of relationships with internal stakeholders, fostering information sharing and operational alignment.
  • Assist the team in preparing analyses, presentations, and documentation to support marketing and business initiatives.

What skills are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Minimum experience in strategic marketing or marketing business partner roles, preferably in complex environments or in the software/B2B sector.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret market and performance data.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language (C1 level).
