The role

You are responsible for driving the sales performance across Italy with creative marketing, growing market share and supporting the objective of re-establishing Bugaboo as the most desired, talked about and recommended premium parenting brand.

You are part of the Marketing EMEA Team (25 people) and report to the Marketing Manager Southern Europe.

What will you do?

Responsibility for the marketing calendar for Italy.

Develop and execute joint marketing plans with select retailers in Italy.

Support in planning and executing Italian social media including community management.

Manage influencer & PR marketing including managing seeding.

Define media plans and execute them to boost brand awareness and consideration.

Establish key partnerships to boost awareness though strategic win-win deals.

Organize marketing events for Italy as required.

Briefing in creative asset requirements to the Go to market team.

Support with copy writing as required.

Support the execution of our local CRM and lead generation strategy.

Support define product / marketing message priorities for the .com homepage across the region.

Responsibility for raising PO’s for Marketing expenditure and support with budget trackers.

Support with Italian translations and proof reading as required.

Support with weekly and monthly marketing performance reporting.

Ad-hoc requirements depending on the marketing strategy.

What you will bring to the table

The successful individual will ideally have a marketing degree, and a minimum of 2+ years marketing experience. Beyond all else, an individual with the right mindset.
Some experience in retail marketing and supporting marketing managers across different channels is preferred. Experience in supporting across Influencer, brand and PR is also essential.

Naturally you will be commercially minded and enjoy delivering compelling campaigns. A good knowledge of local retailers would be beneficial.

You will be a strong team player, excellent communication and organisational skills and a key eye for detail. You will be flexible and able to quickly adapt to changes in the market.

You are a native Italian speaker and have English language skills as Bugaboo is an international company.
