Descrizione Lavoro - Marketing Manager - CIS

\nResponsibilities:

Unlock new user growth through product offerings design, content marketing, social media campaigns and affiliate collaboration;
Implementing marketing framework for the region;
Manage and grow strategic marketing partner relationships, channel experimentation, audience messaging, and spend accountability;
Map out the user journey and increase user funnel conversion through surfacing product ask, user education, and operation campaign;
Ideate, test, iterate, and optimize growth via paid acquisition, retargeting, and product optimisations across web and native-app growth channels;
Experience in creating sponsorship & partnership projects from scratch (incl. execution and reporting); non-standard user activation will be an advantage;
Constantly work on new channels, creatives and other ideas for experimentation, optimization and acquisition growth;
Help to shape and grow the Binance brand in the CIS Region;
Report on the effectiveness of campaigns;
Reach ambitious growth KPIs.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in tech/IT field or Digital Marketing agencies;
Execution-oriented mindset - with the humility, drive, and scrappiness to get it done;
Must have a strong interest in the crypto/blockchain/technology space;
Experienced on Acquisition & Existing Users Retention, Paid Ads, Social Media & Community, Affiliates, Analytics, Creative Marketing;
Must be able to work independently; Result and self driven mindset;
Must speak native-level Russian and have a strong grasp of English;
Crypto enthusiasts who are aware of the latest trends on-chain.
