As Materials Planning and Execution Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Managing master planning, material processes and systems, prepare and update production schedules and purchasing needs. 

• Managing and overseeing cross-functional teams to resolve bottlenecks, materials shortages,  

• Ensuring operational alignment with production plan and KPIs & Optimize inventory and process improvements.

• Interacting with other functions for strategic initiatives on simplification, cost reduction and OTD

• Exchanging data and information interaction concerns and also improvements in products, processes and procedures.

• Maintaining accurate traceability for all records created during products manufacturing, ensure data quality and system updates.

• Complying with company policy and process including but not limit in compliance, quality, production, EHS, HR & Admin, Lean etc.

To be successfull in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or demonstrated equivalent experience. Minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Materials Planning and Execution.

• Be able to work independently and be able to identify and drive process improvements

• Demonstrate the ability to work in cross-functional teams in a global-matrix environment

• Show effective problem identification and solution skills.

• Be fluent in Italian, both oral and written

• Show good knowledge of MS Office and Enterprise Resource Planning systems

Desired Characteristics

• Strong oral and written communication skills and fluency with the English language

• Strong interpersonal, leadership & influencing skills

• Display leading attitude for improvement and innovation initiatives

• Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously

• Six Sigma training or equivalent Quality Training Knowledge of value stream mapping, one-piece flow, AWO, Kaizen, 5s and other lean tools is preferred.
