Job Purpose

Principal Accountabilities

• Lead the start-up and industrialization of our brand-new MDO production line for CPP-films


• Work closely with production, QC and R&D to industrialize new products


• Ensure process stability, output, quality and efficiency


• Act as a problem solver, implementing best practices


• Provide technical leadership and knowledge transfer to team leaders and  operators on the shopfloor

Qualifications/Requirements

• Master’s degree in  Engineering  (Chemistry or related technical field) or equal by experience


• 5+ years of proven experience on MDO lines or BOPP lines, ideally gained at film industry


• Strong operational mindset: passionate about working hands-on with the machines


• Solid knowledge of polypropylene polymers and PP- film processes (extrusion, stretching, film properties)


• Experience in process troubleshooting and upscaling


• Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)


• Strong team player and communicator, able to connect with R&D and production
