Adecco Credit & Banking is hiring for an international bank, a Middle Office Specialist – Banking Sector The Team
You'll be working in the CIA Desk of the Front Support Office. As Middle Office Specialist you are the joining link between Front Office and Operation Group Function in relation to Off-Boarding, Asset Transfer, AML Client Due-Diligence and Documents Archiving (Data Scanning). The role
You will be part of Front Support Office – Closure, Inheritance and Asset Transfer (CIA) Desk, a group of experts operating to enhance the client experience and working with efficient and effective processes.
This will be done through a change in the standard operating processes and or a development of new end user applications able to bring efficiency or increase the service quality. We're looking for a CIA Middle Office Specialist to:
understand the priorities and strategic goals of the Task Force
instigating change initiatives that will drive the process' efficiency and effectiveness
operate following the defined standard operating procedure
perform the controls and monitor the Clients request in front-to-back view. You expertise:
• Master's Degree in Economics or Law
• Fluency in Italian and English
• able to think creatively, flexibly and think logically to solve problems
• very organised and not fazed by being asked to juggle many tasks simultaneously
• excellent communicator with persuasive presentation skills
• quick to learn new things be it a new IT tool or different process;
• always looking to remove barriers and make the way we work more efficient. We offer a fixed term contract, based in Milan
Gross annual salary: 33.8K. Full time Disponibilità oraria: Full Time
