MOBILIZATION SPECIALIST

• Effectively communicate our mission and values to individuals, churches, and organizations
• Foster relationships and encourage and guide others toward obedience through serving, sending, and praying
• Mentor and develop individuals through missions coaching and the candidacy process
• Serve local churches with resources, materials and time
• Join and/or lead short-term teams overseas
• Domestic mobilization travel as required
• Perform necessary administrative tasks and manage contacts and data
• Raise 100% financial support (i.e. salary, benefits, retirement, ministry-related expenses)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A committed Christian with a deep and growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ that is demonstrated in Christlike character and integrity
• A passionate heart for God’s glory, His word, His church, and making disciples of all nations
• Strong leadership, interpersonal communication, and administrative skills
• Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s or advanced ministry degree preferred
• A joyful willingness to serve God’s people, especially His servants working in gospel-centered Kingdom ministries
