We are looking for a Night Manager to join our Front Office team. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges. He/She is willing to provide authentic and luxury experiences, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity, and community. 
 
Reports to Front Office Manager. 
 
Main Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Handle all Front Office operations (check-in, check-out, escorting, cashier operations, guest care) in accordance with Belmond policies, procedures, and compliance with our code of conduct; 

• Perform daily closure, cashier checks for all hotel venues, accounting reports, posting control, and provide data to statistics and local government institutions; 

• Assist with all guest requests; 

• Handle emergencies according to procedures; 

• Manage and support 2 team members; 

• Ensure smooth night operations and maintain high standards of service and guest satisfaction. 

• At least 2 years of previous work experience in the same senior position at 5-star luxury hotels; 

• Fluent in English and Italian; proficiency in a third language is preferred; 

• Knowledge of hotel management software such as Infor HMS or others, and proficiency with the Microsoft suite; 

• Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally; 

• Ability to manage night operations effectively.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and remain calm under pressure.

• Accommodation in a single room with a bathroom in our staff house, including breakfast;

We Offer: 

• We offer seasonal Labour contract according to C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo - Level 2, Night Manager; 

• Start date: April 2026 to End date: November 2026, with the aim of a continuous collaboration over subsequent seasons at Splendido and a career path; 

• Monthly gross salary €2,200 to €2,400, depending on previous experience, separate payslip for 13°,14° and TFR;
