Nordic CRM manager

Founded in 2016, the company has expanded into an international team with offices in Cyprus (headquarters), Malta, and Bulgaria.

Duties and responsibilities: 

• Manage and lead a team of executives, alongside the head of CRM  and the business to achieve targets and KPIs.


• Be the go to person for 4 core markets within the business; Finland, Norway, Sweden and Denmark.


• Align with country managers, design team, casino team and other stakeholders within the business to deliver high quality performance.


• Plan and execute all CRM campaigns alongside your team for your 4 markets, including brand to brand and product to product cross sell efforts.


• Drive the markets in achieving all of the growth tracks set by the business.


• Provide regular performance updates using performance tools to higher management.


• be outspoken, highlight and bring forward blockers and issues to ensure smoother and seemles process within the business.

Job requirements:

• Crude understanding of Sweden and/or Danish market regulations


• Must have at least 3 years of CRM experience in one or more of the Nordic markets


• Previous team management experience is preferable


• Must have an analytical mind, with the ability to provide reports and make data driven CRM decisions.


• Must have experience in casino CRM as a primary, with additional sportsbook CRM experience will be preferable.


• Have strong communication skills, able to manage under a high pressure environment and not afraid to challenge with ideas/thoughts.
