OEM Senior Engineer

The Application Engineer will act as a technical expert in mechanical belt drive systems, supporting OEM customers, distributors and end users throughout the EMEA region. The role combines engineering, customer support and business development activities, ensuring the successful design, implementation and promotion of Megadyne's power transmission solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with customers to understand application requirements, develop customized solutions and coordinate with internal teams to bring projects from concept to production.

• Design and develop belt drive solutions for OEM applications.
• Manage customized engineering projects from initial concept through production.
• Collaborate with OEM customers to identify and solve technical challenges.
• Promote new products and engineered solutions in the market.
• Identify new business opportunities, customers and applications.
• Work closely with Sales and Industry Segment teams to support business development.
• Coordinate with R&D, Quality, Process Engineering and Manufacturing teams on product development activities.
• Prepare feasibility studies and interface with Pricing and Customer Service teams.
• Provide technical support after product implementation and manage application-related quality issues.
• Develop and deliver technical presentations, workshops and training sessions.
• Support Marketing in the development of technical literature and product documentation.
• Attend trade fairs and industry events to promote products and identify market opportunities.

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in belt drive design.
• Proven knowledge of polyurethane and rubber belt technologies, including synchronous and frictional drives.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Availability for international travel.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Customer-focused approach with a proactive mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and international teams.

Annual salary of no less than €45,000.
